The concrete laser leveling machine is equipped with scrapers of different materials. Steel scraper

Material properties: High strength, great hardness, strong resistance to deformation, capable of withstanding considerable impact and pressure, but relatively heavy in weight.

The influence on flatness

Advantages: Due to the high hardness and resistance to deformation of the steel scraper, it can maintain a stable scraper shape during the construction process. It can precisely scrape off the concrete above the reference surface, reducing the problem of uneven scraping caused by scraper deformation, thereby ensuring the flatness of the concrete surface. It is suitable for large-scale and high-strength concrete construction scenarios, such as the floor construction of large industrial plants.
Shortcomings: It is relatively heavy. If the hydraulic system or power system of the equipment is not well-matched, it may lead to the scraper not lifting or moving flexibly enough, and the response speed when adjusting the scraper Angle will be slow, which in turn affects the timeliness of flatness control. Moreover, the friction between the steel scraper and the concrete is relatively large. During the construction process, it may drive some of the concrete to shift. Aluminum alloy scraper
 

Material characteristics: Light in weight, easy to drive and control equipment, good processing performance, can be made into high-precision scraper shapes, but its hardness and wear resistance are relatively inferior to those of steel scrapers.

Advantages: The lightweight feature enables the scraper to respond sensitively under the drive of the equipment, quickly responding to the instructions of the laser control system, promptly adjusting the height and Angle of the scraper, and precisely controlling the elevation and flatness of the concrete surface. Especially in the construction of small areas and complex-shaped concrete, the flexibility advantage is more obvious. Moreover, the surface of the aluminum alloy scraper is smooth, and the friction with the concrete is relatively small, which can reduce the disturbance to the concrete surface, lower the scratches and other problems caused by friction, and is conducive to improving the flatness and smoothness of the concrete surface.
Disadvantage: After long-term use, the aluminum alloy scraper is prone to wear and tear, causing the edge of the scraper to become irregular, which in turn affects the scraping effect and leads to local unevenness on the concrete surface. Its hardness is relatively low. When encountering harder impurities or protrusions, local deformation may occur, affecting the overall flatness of the scraper and thereby reducing the construction quality of the concrete surface. Titanium alloy scraper

Material characteristics: It combines high strength, high hardness and lightweight features. Its wear resistance is superior to that of aluminum alloy scrapers, and it also has good corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, but the cost is relatively high.

The influence on flatness

Advantages: The high strength and hardness of titanium alloy scrapers make them less prone to deformation and wear during construction. They can maintain a good scraper shape and scraping accuracy for a long time, stably control the flatness of the concrete surface, and reduce construction errors caused by scraper wear or deformation. Meanwhile, its lightweight feature makes it flexible to operate, with a fast response speed, and it can precisely cooperate with the laser control system. It is suitable for concrete construction projects with extremely high requirements for flatness, such as precision instrument workshops and laboratory floors.
Disadvantage: The cost is relatively high, which to some extent limits its application in ordinary concrete construction projects. Moreover, the processing difficulty is relatively high, and the requirements for production technology are also strict. If the processing accuracy is insufficient, it will also affect the flatness of the scraper, and further affect the construction quality of the concrete surface.
