We're There Every Step of The Way

1.Research and development stage
Market research and demand analysis: Clearly define the application scenarios, technical parameters, performance indicators, etc. of the equipment.
Scheme design: Conduct scheme design for the overall structure, hydraulic system, laser control system, etc., complete 3D modeling and simulation analysis, optimize structural strength, stability and operational convenience.
Drawing output: Draw detailed processing diagrams, assembly drawings, electrical schematic diagrams, etc. based on the design scheme, determine material specifications, tolerance requirements and technical standards.
2. Component processing and procurement
Machining of self-made parts
Plate cutting: Use laser cutting, plasma cutting, etc. to obtain blanks for components such as the frame, telescopic arm, leveling head base, etc.
Machine processing: Use equipment such as lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, etc. to perform turning, milling, drilling, etc. on parts such as shafts, flanges, connection seats, etc.
Welding: Weld the plates and processed components. After welding, conduct flaw detection to ensure welding quality.
Heat treatment: Perform heat treatment on key stressed components to enhance their strength, hardness and wear resistance.
Purchase of purchased parts: Purchase standard parts and core components such as engines, hydraulic pumps, laser emitters, laser receivers, control systems, sensors, tires, etc.

3. Assembly Stage
Frame assembly, hydraulic system assembly, leveling head assembly, laser and control system assembly, telescopic arm assembly, and other accessory assembly.
4. Debugging and Testing
No-load debugging: Hydraulic system debugging, laser system debugging, electrical system debugging.
Load debugging: Conduct concrete leveling operations in a simulated construction site, adjust equipment parameters based on test results until meeting design requirements.
Performance testing: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all performance indicators of the equipment and issue a testing report.
Reliability testing: Perform long-term continuous operation tests to examine the durability and stability of the equipment, and identify potential faults.

5. Painting and Packaging
Surface treatment: Perform sandblasting, rust removal, oil removal and other surface treatments on the entire machine to enhance the adhesion of the coating.
Coating: Apply paint, select coatings with good weather resistance and wear resistance to ensure aesthetics while preventing rust and corrosion.
Identification and nameplates: Install equipment nameplates, mark the equipment model, technical parameters, production date, manufacturer, etc., and paste operation warning signs, safety signs, etc.
Packaging: Use stretch film, wooden boxes, etc., to avoid damage during transportation, and provide documents such as instructions, certificates of conformity, warranty cards, etc.
6. Factory Delivery and After-sales Service
Factory inspection: Conduct the final inspection on the equipment. Only when it meets the requirements and is qualified can it be shipped out.
Transportation: Arrange the appropriate transportation method to safely deliver the equipment to the customer's hands.
After-sales service: Provide installation and commissioning guidance, operation training, maintenance and repair services to solve the problems encountered by the customer during use.
