SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

Each seam is composed of two edge protection flat steels/two edge protection split steel plates, and the flat steel/seam split steel plates are fixed together by breakable plastic bolts. Each flat steel is welded with shear anchor bolts according to a certain interval so that it can be anchored to the concrete floor during the concrete pouring process; On the one hand, the seam steel plate is used as a formwork in construction, and on the other hand, it also plays the role of fixing the force transmission steel plate.

The force transmission steel plates are arranged at half the thickness of the floor according to the designed spacing, and are welded together with the sub-warehouse steel plates. In the direction of the adjacent floor, each force transmission plate is equipped with a free telescopic sheath of the force transmission plate. After the concrete is cured, when it dries and shrinks, the frangible plastic bolts that fix the edges and corners to protect the flat steel will be broken, and the two flat steels will be separated and located on adjacent sub-storage blocks, thereby forming a shrinkage joint.

The shrinkage joints can allow the floor to be divided into blocks, and freely expand and contract in the vertical and horizontal directions as the ambient temperature changes in the four seasons. The force-transmitting steel plate is used to transmit the vertical load of the adjacent two sides of the expansion joint, so that the relative height difference displacement of the two sides of the expansion joint can be minimized, so that the height difference caused by uneven force and settlement will not be formed.

Usually, the maximum vertical load transfer is determined by the punching shear force of the concrete. According to the British Concrete Institute standard TR34.4, the load transmitted by the force transmission system shall not exceed 50% of the total load to be transmitted, and the remaining load shall be transmitted by the concrete floor itself.

SYSTEM FUNCTION

1. It has formwork function. During construction, there is no need for additional support formwork. Each sub-warehouse of the floor is divided by installing the system: there is no need to remove the formwork after the floor is poured, and the construction is efficient, saving a lot of labor and time.

2. It has the function of concrete floor corner protection. The bent steel plate/floor corner protection flat steel is anchored into the concrete to protect the fragile concrete edges at the expansion joints of the concrete floor, and has super high durability: During the entire design life of the building, the post-maintenance cost is almost zero, which greatly reduces the post-maintenance work.

3. It has the function of integral force transmission, using the discontinuous force transmission plate with sheath, under the action of vertical load, the load can be transmitted from one side of the expansion joint to the other side. In addition, it also makes the sub-storey floors on both sides of the expansion joints, in the case of uneven settlement of the foundation, always coordinated and maintained at the same level, and there will be no uneven steps on both sides of the expansion joints.
