Work Head
It adopts laser leveling mode with an accuracy of ±1.5mm. The leveling width is increased to 4000mm, further improving construction efficiency. It is also equipped with a spiral driven by a hydraulic motor, with an exciting force of 5600N (MAX), a telescopic arm of 6 meters/19.69 feet, and 360° rotation, which can better handle large-area concrete construction.
Paving Mode
Spiral paving mode ensures uniform concrete spreading, provides a good foundation for subsequent leveling operations, and improves construction quality and efficiency.
Control Panel
Equipped with a powerful parameter display screen, it can display system parameters, working parameters (such as outriggers, vibration, winch speed, etc.) and laser parameters (left and right laser parameters), and supports parameter settings. The left and right control panels are reasonably laid out and integrate many control switches and buttons. Including one-button lifting and lowering of outriggers, automatic/manual control of outriggers, steering mode switching, spiral forward and reverse control, vibration switch, headlight switch, manual tilt control, etc., which are convenient for operators to perform various operations.
Laser Receiving System
