High-frequency vibration leveling**: The leveling part works at a vibration frequency of thousands of times per minute, and the leveling work is completed while automatically leveling. For example, the scraper will vibrate up and down at high speed during the movement, beating the gap between the concrete to the minimum, making the concrete more compact and flat.

Strict control of the construction process
Concrete quality control**: Ensure that the slump of the concrete delivered to the platform is consistent each time, and the initial setting time of each batch of concrete is the same; control the water-cement ratio, cement grade, aggregate grading and other parameters to ensure the uniform and stable quality of the concrete, and avoid inconsistent elevation problems caused by differences in concrete performance.
Accurate template elevation**: It is advisable to use steel templates, and the template elevation should be controlled within +0 and -2mm. The template cannot be disturbed during construction, providing accurate boundary and elevation reference for concrete construction.
Standard verification**: Before large-scale construction, use the equipment to conduct a trial, and then use tools such as a laser level to check the floor elevation and adjust the elevation system to the optimal level.
Construction operation specifications**: Follow the standard operation process during construction, such as manually leveling the concrete within the effective range of the telescopic arm of the laser leveler, and then use the laser leveler to complete the vibration, compaction, and leveling work at one time; during the movement of the machine, control the direction so that it maintains a straight line movement state, etc.
