1, For all service and repair tasks, ensure that the engine is adequately cooled with ice before proceeding, and always disconnect the battery's negative terminal prior to any maintenance work.
2, Prior to operation, verify that the engine's fuel and oil are free from contaminants, the oil level is optimal, and adhere to the engine's guidelines for timely lubricant replacement.
3, Monitor the reducer's oil levels to ensure they are adequately maintained; top up when deficient and replace as required to keep the system functioning smoothly.
4, When servicing or replacing components such as the bottom blade, it's essential to support the machine with wooden bars beneath the guard ring. If significant tilting is necessary, ensure that all fuel, oil, and water are properly drained into designated containers.
5, Inspect the belt for signs of wear before each use, and replace it promptly if it is found to be damaged or worn out.
6, Post-operation, promptly clean off any cement slurry to prevent the direct water washing of sensitive components such as batteries, engines, lights, and electrical circuits.
7, After approximately 30-40 hours of operation, clean the connecting joints, coupling splines, universal joints, and other components before applying grease. Check for any loosening of fasteners, inspect the battery, clean the terminals, and repeat this process after extended periods of inactivity.
8, To maintain the machine's operational stability, it is advisable to replace all blades simultaneously if they show significant wear.
9, The battery should be charged every 3-6 months when the observation port indicates a need (typically when it turns black). If the installed battery is not in use for an extended period (more than 2 days), remove the negative clamp to prevent any leakage.

Preventative Measures: To avoid power deficiency in the riding polisher, the machine is shipped with the positive and negative terminals, as well as the battery terminals, disconnected. Users must first connect the appropriate terminals before use.
