Advanced laser system
Equipped with the Swiss Leica laser system, the laser transmitter of this system has a dual slope function, can be remotely controlled, has a long transmission distance and stable signal. The laser receiver can detect signals 360°, and with the microcomputer laser scanning technology, it can achieve automatic leveling and accurately control the flatness of the concrete surface. Efficient leveling mechanism
The 2.5-meter fixed leveling head is made of aviation aluminum alloy, which has good leveling effect and strong seismic resistance. With the auger paving system driven by a low-speed, high-torque cycloidal hydraulic motor, it can effectively discharge excess concrete and make the concrete paving more uniform. At the same time, the high-frequency pulse compaction vibration motor with an exciting force of 2000N and a vibration frequency of 50Hz can fully vibrate the concrete, expel excess air, enhance the density and strength of the concrete, and improve the quality of the floor.
