Engine
The YZ28-4S concrete laser screed is equipped with a HONDA GX690 gasoline engine. It is a 4-stroke, air-cooled, V-type twin-cylinder OHC engine with a horizontal output shaft. With a displacement of 688ml, it can deliver a rated output of 18.4KW (25 horsepower) at a maximum speed of 3600 rpm. It features good cooling performance and low noise, enabling it to output high power with low emissions and at a relatively low temperature, which is suitable for high-intensity construction work.

Vibrator
The vibrator of the YZ28-4S is controlled by a vibration motor. It can generate an exciting force of 2000N and a vibration frequency of 50Hz. This high-power vibrator effectively compacts the concrete during the construction process, ensuring the density and flatness of the concrete surface, and improving the overall quality of the construction project.

Operation Panel
The operation panel of the YZ28-4S is designed for user-friendliness. It is equipped with a variety of control switches and indicators. The 4P rocker switch combination and other switches control functions such as machine operation, laser system activation, and vibration start-stop. The system pressure gauge monitors the system pressure in real-time, and the display screen shows the working status and parameters of the machine, facilitating operators to quickly understand the machine's condition and make accurate operations.

Leveling Head (Auger)
The leveling head of the YZ28-4S adopts a fixed-type design, with a leveling width of 2500mm. The auger, made of aluminum alloy welded parts, is driven by a low-speed, high-torque cycloid hydraulic motor. It can effectively move and spread the concrete. The distance between the scraper and the ground can be adjusted by bolts, which is convenient for adapting to different construction requirements and ensuring the flatness of the concrete surface.
