Flexible Walking and Turning
Adopting the "Reducer+motor" drive mode and inflatable narrow tires (can also be equipped with inflatable wide tires), this combination allows the equipment to move flexibly under different ground conditions. The minimum turning radius is only 2300mm, the steering angle is 40° on the left and 36° on the right, and it can turn freely in a narrow space, easily cope with complex construction sites, such as construction in space-constrained areas such as underground parking lots, and effectively improve construction efficiency.
Accurate laser leveling system
Using the microcomputer laser scanning control mode, the beam emitted by the laser transmitter rotates 360° to establish a constant horizontal reference surface in the construction area. The laser receiver is installed on the vertical rods of the two leveling cylinders of the mechanical leveling head, which can accurately detect the rise and fall of the laser beam and transmit the horizontal information to the controller in real time. The controller drives the hydraulic lifting and automatic leveling system valves accordingly to achieve precise adjustment of the leveling head height, ensuring that the flatness and elevation errors of the concrete surface are extremely small, meeting high-standard construction requirements.
